I saw this on Flickr a while back and I thought it was really great how you can update the title and description of a photo without having to go to an admin page.

This is the plugin based on jEditable plugin created by Tuupola and Dylan Verheul. The purpose of create this plugin was to specifically solve the problem that i was facing, ie to give my users option button to save and or cancel, instead of using enter to save the content.

Conclusion:

Based on a look at all these jQuery In Place Editors, I found, Jeditable to be a very amicable editor, except for the hover effect. Therefore, keeping in view, the usability and amiability, I chose jQuery in-place-edit Plugin as my personal favorite.
